3rd change in Certificate of Representative office registration

To our valued Shareholders, customers and partners,

VTC Telecommunications Joint Stock Company hereby inform the 3rd change in the Certificate of Representative office registration.

Effective date: 14 November 2025

Reason for change: Change of the Representative office address and the head of representative office’s address in accordance with the two-tier local government model and Resolution No. 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the reorganization of commune-level administrative units in Ha Noi in 2025. The identifying information of the head of the representative office was also updated to match the National Population Database.
