Board of Directors' Decision on 2024 cash dividend payment

Dear our valued Shareholders,

On 02 March 2026, the Board of Directors of VTC Telecommunications JSC approved the
decision of Payment of 2024 dividend in cash as follows:

Payment rate: 7%/share (700 VND per share)
Payment date: in April 2026
Location:
- For depository securities: Share owner completes the procedure at the depository members where the depository account is opened.
- For non-depository securities: Share owner completes the procedure at VTC Telecommunications JSC – 614 (3rd floor) Dien Bien Phu st, Vuon Lai Ward, Ho Chi Minh City on working days. Shareholders must bring their ID, shareholder register, and a legal power of attorney if share owner authorizes another person to receive the dividend.
