Information Disclosure: The receipt of the decision on administrative penalties from the HCMC Tax Department

Dear our valued Shareholders,

We would like to announce the receipt of the decision on administrative penalties from the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department.

Details: On September 3, 2026, VTC Telecommunications JSC received Decision No. 6145/QĐ-XPHC dated August 26, 2026, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, regarding the imposition of administrative penalties for tax violations pursuant to Clause 1, Article 142 of the Law on Tax Administration dated June 13, 2019. The total amount comprising the tax arrears, administrative penalties, and late payment interest is VND 752,929,480 (in words: seven hundred fifty-two million, nine hundred twenty-nine thousand, four hundred eighty Vietnamese dong). VTC will remit the full aforementioned amount to the state budget, thereby fulfilling its obligations under Decision No. 6145/QĐ-XPHC.
