Information Disclosure: The receipt of the decision on administrative penalties from the HCMC Tax Department

Dear our valued Shareholders,

We would like to announce the receipt of the decision on administrative penalties from the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department.

Details: On October 30, 2026, VTC Telecommunications JSC received Decisions No. 7570/QĐ- XPHC and No. 7571/QĐ-XPHC, dated August 26, 2026, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department regarding administrative penalties for tax violations. These penalties were imposed in accordance with Clauses 3 and 5 of Article 13 of Decree No. 125/2020/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2020, and Point a, Clause 10, Article 1 of Decree No. 310/2025/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2025. The total administrative penalty amount is 26,500,000 VND (in words: twenty-six million five hundred thousand Vietnamese dong). VTC Telecommunications Joint Stock Company will pay the full amount to the state budget, thereby fulfilling its obligations as stipulated in the aforementioned decisions.
